Thank you for shopping with us. We advise you to carefully read our terms so that you are well aware of your rights when making purchases from our site. You agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions by placing an order on our website.
When making a purchase, you should provide full and correct information. To ensure the accuracy of your order, you may be asked to provide additional information at our request. When placing your order, you must provide the correct delivery address and delivery instructions.
We are not obliged to resend an order after shipping, to the correct address at our expense if you enter an incorrect shipping address. After your order has been confirmed, no cancellation is permitted.
We will not be found responsible for tarnished or broken pieces after some usage. Please refer to our jewellery care page for more information about how to extend the wear and needed precautions.
Serenity21k accepts prepaid orders only. Credit/debit cards, wallets like Phonepe, Mobikiwik, Gpay, Paytm, UPI etc. for payment is acceptable. We will email you an invoice after you have paid for your order, confirming receipt of your order.
At Serrnity21k we have a three-day production time. Orders will get shipped out one to three days after purchase. Please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive due to COVID-19. When ordering during promotional sale events and holidays, there can be delays.
Please keep in mind once your package is sent to the post office, we have no more control over this item.
After an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellation requests. We do not accept product exchange request. Please always check before ordering desired products.
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. To be eligible, please make sure to make a parcel opening video from showing the address slip of the package to the product opening. Send it to via email, Whatsapp or Instagram Dm. Further steps will be taken after it.
